It all started in 1970 as a small ramen-making company in Kyoto, Japan. We are a company specializing in ramen and tsukemen noodles and soups.
Today, we have production bases not only in Japan, but also in the United States, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and France. We have earned the trust of many customers in the United States, Europe, and the ASEAN region.
Ramen Takara France was founded in 2019 in the suburbs of Paris.
Since its inception, our French factory has been committed to offering impeccable quality and authentic flavors from Japan, not only in France, but also in other European countries.
In 2024, Takara Japan joined Yoshinoya Holdings, famous for its gyudon (beef bowl) chain. With this integration, we will continue to expand and evolve. With our expertise and know-how, we hope to continue to make our contribution to the industry.

The noodles weigh from 100g to 200g, and multiple varieries of noodles are available in thickness. We will do our best to meet your wishes.

Soup
Soup is the core of the flavor, and different types and concentrations can bring out different characteristics to your ramen.

Sauce

Sauce is one of the essential ingredients to bring your ramen together. There are infinite number of varieties to create your own unique ramen by pairing our soups and sauces.

Oil
Flavored oil is the finishing touch that enhances the aroma and richness of ramen soup. It is poured over the soup just before serving. Optional, it adds complexity to the soup and enhances its overall flavor.
