Noodles

A-Noodle
Straight/Wavy Noodles in yellow color with High water content.
Noodles with egg white and high water content. Our A-noodles are smooth and chewy with an appetizing bright yellow color.
They have a unique flavor and go well with thick and rich broth-based soup.

B-Noodle
Vegan Straight/Wavy Noodles in brown color with Medium water content.
Vegan-friendly brown noodles with wheat germ flavor. No animal products are used.
Can be used for any soup, regardless of the type of broth.

C-Noodle
Straight Noodles in white color with Egg white and Low water content.
Mainly used in the Kansai region, these are firm noodles with low water content and strong firmness.
They are preferably used as thin noodles and are mainly used for tonkotsu ramen.

D-Noodle
Straight/Wavy Noodles in white color with Egg white and Low water content.
Noodles with a low water content and a more chewy texture than C-noodle.
They are made into thick noodles and are mainly used for Tsukemen (dipping noodles).

E-Noodle
Straight/Wavy Noodles in white color with Egg white and Medium water content.
Smooth and chewy noodles with tapioca flour.
Ideal for flat thick noodles, they also go well with a lighter soup.

F-Noodle
Wavy Noodles in slightly yellow color with Egg white and High water content.
Slightly yellow color noodles with egg whites.
These noodles are characterized by their smooth and chewy texture, making them ideal for miso ramen.

G-Noodle
Straight Noodles in white color with Low water content.
Low water content noodles from the Kyushu region. It is characterized by a crisp palate feeling.
As C-noodle, they are made into thin noodles and is mainly used for tonkotsu ramen.

I-Noodle
Straight/Wavy Noodles in yellow color with High water content.
Bight yellow noodles with high water contentm and no egg whites.
Vegan-friendly versatile noodles that can be paired with any type of soup.

K-Noodle
Straight/Wavy Noodles in yellow color with Medium water content.
Smooth and chewy yellow noodles with egg whites and the right amount of water.
Versatile noodles that can be used for various soups including shoyu ramen, shio ramen, and miso ramen.

O-Noodle
Fluffy and smooth noodles.
Not only do they pair well with light soups, but can also be used for higher-oil options like abura soba (broth-free ramen).

R-Noodle
Medium humidity noodles with just the right amount of softness and flexibility.
They can be used with different types of broths, such as chicken paitan or tonkotsu shoyu.
Soup

Pork Paitan Soup
(Milky Pork Soup)
It is a rich broth with a milky white color, obtained by boiling pork bones over high heat for a long time.
This versatile soup can be used neat for tsukemen (dipping noodles) or diluted for tonkotsu ramen.

Pork Chintan Soup
(Clear Pork Soup)
It is a mild soup obtained by simmering pork bones over low heat for a long time in order to extract all the flavor.
It can be used for a clear ramen tonkotsu or as a base for other types of ramen, such as shoyu ramen.

Chicken Paitan Soup
( Milky Chiken Soup)
The chiken bones are simmered over high heat for a long time until they become cloudy, making this soup milder flavor than pork bone soup.
It has a smooth taste and richness, but offers a light refreshing mouthfeel.

Chicken Chintan
(Clear Chicken Soup)
This soup is made by simmering chicken broth over low heat for a long time in order to extract all the umami flavor.
It is light but has a strong chicken taste, making it the ideal soup for shoyu ramen and shio ramen.

Vegetable broth
By simmering different varieties of vegetables over low heat for a long time, this soup brings out all the umami richness of the vegetables.
Not only is it vegan, but it can also be enjoyed with miso sauce. Contains no animal products.
Oil

Negi Oil
( Scallion Oil )
This is an oil in which the aroma of green onions is strongly present. It is obtained by infusing the oil with the fragrance of green onions over a long period of time.
By adding negi oil to any ramen, you can fully appreciate the flavor of green onions.

Ninniku Oil
( Garlic Oil )
A fragrant oil infused with garlic, perfect for enhancing the flavor of ramen, including tonkotsu ramen and shoyu ramen.

Chi Yu
(Chicken oil)
It's an oil extracted by simmering chicken skin.
It can be used not only for ramen, but also to add extra umami flavor and richness to regular dishes.

Mayu
A fragrant oil obtained by roasting garlic and aromatic vegetables in oil.
Not only does it provide an attractive visual effect, it also adds a complex flavor to your ramen.
Sauces

Shoyu Tare
(Soy Sauce base)
A versatile soy sauce base sauce made with a unique blend of several types of soy sauce and seasonings.
It can be used as shoyu ramen just by mixing it with hot water, but also can be combined with various soups to bring a more complex and flavorful taste.
In addition, the sauce can be used not only as a substitute for ramen, but also as a sauce for various dishes.

Shio Tare
(Salt sauce base)
A salt-based sauce, enriched with the flavor of kombu (seaweed) and various carefully selected seasonings.
It can be used for various preparations, including as a sauce for shio ramen or for shio yakisoba.

Miso Tare
(Miso sauce base)
The white miso paste is lightly toasted to create a fragrant miso sauce.
By adding various seasonings, it results in a rich and deeply flavorful miso ramen.
